How can people honestly think that using quotas in the hiring process is anything but fair? All it comes down to is discrimination. And the white man loses every time.
When a business is told how and who to hire because of race or gender, that is discrimination. And we can thank those who subscribe to the wonderful world of liberalism for that grand "fair" idea.
Surpressing qualified workers for someone who is unskilled and unqualified in the name of fairness and equality smacks of discrimination, How interesting that all their ideas come back to bite the hand that feeds them.
Equal opportunity begins and ends at being qualified for a position. And to be qualified for a position someone must have the skills and not rely on skin color or gender. To have the government hand out a job just because one feels they are being denied due to their appearance is crying, whining, and sour grapes.
Get an education. Apply ones self, and then seek out the job based on your skills. And stop relying on Big Brother. The good job will be in reach then.
