A woman and her boyfriend face child endangerment and assault charges after allegedly leaving the woman's niece inside a hot car for nine hours Sunday. Police said four kids were inside the couple's car as they pulled up and parked outside a Philadelphia home at about 1 a.m. Sunday. One, a 5-year-old girl, was left inside the vehicle after everyone went inside, police said. Someone called police, saying they heard a child screaming inside a car. The victim was treated and released from a local hospital.
