A Wichita mother accused of putting her three-year-old in a dog cage made a court appearance Thursday. Thirty-year-old Angela Facarro faces one count of abuse of a child and one count of aggravated endangerment of a child.
Authorities went to her home July 3rd after one of her four children told a neighbor that their three-year-old brother was put in a dog cage as punishment. Her preliminary hearing is set for July 24th.
